A couple of days ago I made this glorious pink ruffle cake for a little girl’s birthday. Isn’t it sweet? Unabashedly girly is the only way to describe it, with it’s soft peachy pink hue and voluminous flounces.
The little girl adored her cake, so much so that she burst into tears when her mother took her (almost empty) plate away. She was only mollified when the plate was returned to her so she could lick the last few remnants of icing. Now this is a way to a baker’s heart.
Have a girly girl? This would be prefect for her party. Or a first birthday or a baby shower!
